Easy to Use

Refrigerate the vest until properly chilled before use. Position it comfortably around your dog's neck and upper body, then secure the adjustable fasteners to achieve a snug, non-restrictive fit. Typical cooling sessions last approximately 15–20 minutes or as recommended by your veterinarian.

For extended travel, keep the vest chilled in a cooler so it is readily available whenever cooling support is needed.

Important Safety Information

JANOO™ is designed to provide immediate cooling support, including during heat-related emergencies, while veterinary care is being arranged or while transporting your dog to a veterinary facility. It is intended to complement—not replace—professional veterinary evaluation and treatment.

If your dog exhibits signs of heat exhaustion or heatstroke, including excessive panting, weakness, collapse, vomiting, confusion, seizures, or loss of consciousness, immediately move your dog to a cool, shaded or air-conditioned environment. Offer cool (not ice-cold) water if appropriate, apply the JANOO™ Cooling Vest to begin cooling, and seek immediate veterinary care.

Always supervise your dog during use. Do not apply the vest directly from the freezer. Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if skin irritation, discomfort, swelling, or other unusual symptoms occur.
