My name is Maria Zarsadiaz, CEO and Founder of PurHeart, LLC , an innovative medical device company redefining heat and cold therapy through advanced, patient-centric technology. With more than 20 years of experience in Business Management and Information Systems across the healthcare industry, PurHeart blends deep operational expertise with a relentless commitment to improving clinical outcomes.
I have operated at the intersection of clinical strategy, operational execution, and patient-centered innovation. Throughout my career, I partnered directly with Medical Directors and healthcare executives to gather clinical requirements, uncover systemic inefficiencies, and deeply understand the therapeutic gaps affecting both providers and patients. Listening to their pain points firsthand—and understanding what patients were truly lacking—shaped my approach to healthcare innovation.
In 2022, I founded PurHeart to meet that need. Built on clinical insight and operational expertise, PurHeart develops advanced therapeutic devices designed to support clinician workflows, enhance recovery outcomes, and elevate the standard of care. As Founder, my mission is clear: to translate real-world clinical challenges into purposeful, evidence-informed solutions that empower both patients and the professionals who care for them.

Despite their potential, these therapies are not always recommended by medical professionals. The disparity between scientific evidence and clinical practice limits patients’ access to this safe and noninvasive treatment. The PurHeart team creates constructive designs and manages healthcare framework projects while providing world-class hospital services in areas with complex challenges and a lack of core resources.
Our strategic project management mechanism includes impact and implementation analysis, project deployment and placements, as well as impact monitoring and evaluation.
Product Development and Customization
We believe in sustainability as we have the ability to maintain and support this process continuously over time. Training and Maintenance
Heat and cool therapy can be used in postoperative and pain management to reduce analgesic and inflammatory responses. However, due to a lack of knowledge, expertise, and associated health conflicts, the applicability of these therapies is limited, necessitating an alignment of their benefits with literature.
We offer product demonstrations to assist the healthcare team and their patients understand the role of cool/hot therapy in pain relief , as well as the methods for applying it to their bodies.
