PURHEART, LLC – Shipping policies

Effective Date: January 3, 2026 

Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight, the location and whether the address is a business or residence. To obtain shipping options and costs, please select the items you would like and enter your shipping address. Before entering payment information, you will be provided with all available shipping options and costs. 

We ship from the San Francisco Bay Area, USA and any import duties or regional taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We will pack and ship all orders received by 12 Noon Pacific Time on the same day (M-F excluding holidays) and confirmation with tracking will be emailed in the evening on the ship day. When ordering over the weekend, or after 12 Noon on Friday will ship the next business day.

SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on purheartcenter.com. 

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order does not show activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Client Service to investigate. 


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. 


CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER 

You can contact us via our Contact Form or email at weheal@purheartcenter.comto request a cancellation for your order. Please keep in mind that orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. 


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. 

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Client Service for assistance. 

Please note, PurHeart is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
